I was born in Miami AZ in 1955. I am a lifelong resident of the Globe-Miami area. I graduated from Miami High School in 1973, and spent the next two years attending Arizona State University.
I served twenty-six years in the emergency management field in Arizona. I was Director of Emergency Operations for Gila County.
